After bilateral ankle reconstruction surgery, I discovered that the hardest part of recovery wasn't the brace or the surgery, it was finding a sock that actually worked. So I designed one to help protect skin from brace friction and provide comfortable coverage for AFO users.
Traditional socks can slide down inside an AFO, bunch under a brace, or leave skin exposed where the brace contacts your leg. Pandafo socks were designed from personal experience to provide extended coverage, reduce friction, and deliver comfort where AFO users need it most.

After major ankle reconstruction surgery, I quickly realized finding a comfortable AFO sock was harder than recovering from surgery itself.
The available options arrived late, fit poorly, and left me with painful rubbing where my brace contacted my leg.
Instead of accepting "good enough," I spent months researching fabrics, testing prototypes, and working directly with manufacturers to create a sock designed around the way people actually wear an AFO.
