Cancellation policy

Welcome to Pandafo Socks LLC. This policy explains the purchase options currently available through our website and outlines our cancellation policy.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Pandafo Socks LLC may offer products for pre-order before inventory becomes available.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve inventory for a product that is currently in production or not yet available for immediate shipment.

Payment

Full payment is collected securely at checkout to reserve your inventory. We do not currently offer deposits, installment payments, or delayed billing for pre-orders.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and tracking information has been generated, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, any return or exchange will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Estimated Availability

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are displayed on the applicable product page and are subject to change due to manufacturing, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are significant changes to the estimated fulfillment timeline, we will notify affected customers by email.

One-Time Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Pandafo Socks LLC are one-time purchases.

Subscriptions & Try Before You Buy

Pandafo Socks LLC does not currently offer:

recurring subscriptions
automatic renewals
membership programs
"Try Before You Buy" programs

If these purchase options are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before they become available.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or request cancellation before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests received before fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.
