All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a secondary email containing tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Please note that we are currently accepting pre-orders for our specialized bamboo socks while our final inventory is in production.
Payment: Payment for pre-ordered items is collected securely at the time of checkout to reserve your inventory, not at the time of shipping.
Estimated Shipping Window: Pre-orders are currently on track and estimated to begin shipping out in late June or July 2026.
Order Tracking: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, the entire order will ship together as soon as the inventory arrives at our facility. You will receive an automated tracking email the moment your reserved items are packaged and handed over to the carrier.
Timeline Shifts: While we work closely with our manufacturers to stay perfectly on schedule, shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and subject to minor adjustments due to production or customs timelines. We will promptly notify you via email if there are any significant changes to our expected fulfillment window.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Generates delivery within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
Pandafo Socks LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, high-volume holiday seasons, or incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout. Once a package leaves our facility and enters the carrier network, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or the specific carrier branch first.
We recommend waiting 3 business days after the stated delivery date, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
